To be clear the reason why I don't really agree with this in general however is that I think the behavior of someone in private at the age of 16 does not strongly correlate with their behavior as an adult and especially their behavior in public settings as an adult. This is college admissions, though, where you are 100% judged on your behavior and actions as a 16 year old.
