Because they told each other to hate her, because they're upset somebody was calling out their hobby. Maybe because she is a control freak. Who wants stories told her way. Who basically just threatened CDProjektRed with harassment in her tweet. That's one way to interpret it. She's not threatening them, it's not like she's gonna summon an army of people to harass them. She's warning them that they're encroaching on sensitive areas and they might cause themselves a firestorm.......which is what they've done in the past. Honestly maybe they should hire her as a consultant. It's not like they have to listen to her but at least it would help them be more aware of how things could be interpreted.
