Topic	Is Indeed just totally useless?

I applied to like 5 jobs last month and got no replies!" You need to shoot for at least 2-3 resumes a day, preferably 5, if you're serious about finding a new job. The job market is hot right now, and not in a good way. Many positions are filled so any one job opening is going to get a lot of applicants all fighting for that one opening.
