Topic	If a cop stops and tries to question you, are you free to leave?

Eventually, somebody called the cops on me (obviously) and this cop crept up on me just as I was taking a bong rip and he fucking bumrushed me and grabbed me and handcuffed me. Smashed my bong on the ground while shouting DISRESPECTFUL PIECE OF SHIT and I was like Put me in the cop car and took me to jail while lecturing me how disrespectful I was for smoking weed in a church parking lot. Im like, but the view.. Eventually my mom came and I got out without any sort of punishment.
