Topic	Losing weight is hard
NOM 06/11/19 9:51:08 PM #45:	Yep it's super difficult. I lost almost 100lbs over the course of 6 or so months but was miserable the whole time. Had a cheat day one day and just kept going after that cheat day and have pretty much gained all that weight back. Now I feel even worse than before, and can't motivate myself to start back up.
