I was in the same boat last year TC. My biggest problem was that i couldnt motivate myself to exercise and it felt like information overload on what to eat and how much and what to do for exercise and how much etc etc.

So i bit the bullet and went for personal training, to motivate me the whole way (get rid of that drill sargeant stereotype BS) and to show me what to do and how to do it and to do it the right way.

Year and a half later, down 45 pounds. Don't regret it one bit.
