Ogurisama 06/11/19 4:57:48 PM #27:	I replace the last days dessert as it had a strawberry garnish that wasnt mentioned on the menu. After dinner there was an Irish singer/guitarist playing for us. June 7th: Cochem, Germany. I did my own thing this day. As Cochem is a city I have already been to. I took the galley tour, and saw the kitchen. Farewekk Gala Dinner Appetizer - Beetroot Carpaccio with horseradish mousse and Apple Vinaigrette Soups - Tomato Essence with Basil Dumplings Palate Cleanser Orange Sorbet with Blueberry Vodka Punch Main - "Chateaubriand" Whole roasted beef fillet with Bearnaise sauce, garden vegetables, and potato-crepe roulade Desserts - Baked Alaska "MS Emerald Destiny repalced with vanilla ice cream. The baked alaska had a strawberry cream in it. I was able to smell it before I bit. But did get ill for the evening. Retired to my room pretty much right away. Tried to have some coffee but didnt help. June 8th - Bernkastel - Kues, Germany. Walking tour of the town. After the walking tour there was a wine tasting. But I was still feeling off from the night before. So I left early and went back to the ship for a nap. After the nap I went back to the town for a walk, and once I got back I started to pack. Dinner Appetizer - Veal Meatball with Port wine Onions Soup - Cheese Soup with roasted Onion Main - "Sunday Pork Roast" with Whole roasted pork loin, crackling, red cabbage, roasted potatoes, gravy, and apple sauce Dessert - Dark chocolate-chili mousse with spiced raspberries June 9th. I was early disembarkation and my flight was from Frankfurt to Amsterdam. Landed around 1 or so, rolled my ankle going down the stairs on the plane. Its fine now, and not swollen hurt like hell when it happened though. Was hard to walk for the rest of the day. Had something unclassy for dinner in Burger king. When compared to my last few nights of meals, its really low grade meal lol June 10th - I flew home. Landed around 1:30pm and took like an hour to get through customs. Doesnt help the new system is paperless, and they dont have enough machines. Got home around 3pm.
