It's a direct spin-off of Crypt of the Necrodancer, which has been out for a few years. If you're interested in seeing what the basic gameplay will be like, that's currently 80% off on Steam, so you aren't exactly going to be taking a huge risk by trying it out. Broadly, it's a roguelite dungeon crawler rhythm game, which is an incredibly weird mashup of genres that somehow ends up working out extremely well.
