But sure NASA was founded with literal Nazis, if you prefer that semantically. It is an interesting story once you look at it. Back in Germany, USA basically licked their asses just to prevent them from going to Soviet. Once shipped to USA, they were forced to live in bunkers at military bases, which had seen better days. Requests to improve their living conditions such as laying linoleum over their cracked wood flooring were rejected. It went months before they were allowed to do anything, and the only thing they got to do then was to show to put V2 rockets together from parts captured from Germany. New rocket designs, including a delivery system to space, were drawn on paper and sent to Pentagon, but they all got rejected. Slowly, after some years, some of them were allowed to work on new missile systems, but only at lowkey positions. And then Soviet launched Sputnik, USA got scared and put them at key positions in the new NASA. --- GameFAQs isn't going to be merged in with GameSpot or any other site.
