42 y/o Kirk Lenell Smith, a 600lb DRUG DEALER from Ohio was sentenced to 2 YEARS in PRISON while sitting in the back of an AMBULANCE that was designed as a courtroom because moving him would "endanger his health and well being"

He plead guilty to cocaine traficking and being a felon while in possession of a firearm

He weighed more than 600lbs as begged Judge Tom Heekin for mercy upon him given his health

But the judge still gave him the harsh sentence as Kirk had a blood oxygem monitor on his left index finger while hearing the verdict

The judge had one foot inside the ambulance as he spoke to him as Smith was only able to say a few words and when asked if he had something to say, all he could say was have "mercy" on hi.

Police got wind of his drug dealing from his resident after they got a crimestoppers tip and info from the community

They raided his home and found surveillance camera, drugs and a gun that was not allowed in the home. Police could not physically arrest him and only read his rights as he sat laying there

They said he obviously had people running the drugs for him since he was unable to move around freely and it was tough for them to even move him out of the house where laid NAKED in bed.

He will now spend the next 2 years in prison..

Do you think the judge should have had mercy on him?
