I mean out of the 900 persons killed in the us last year by cops, how many of those were justified? And going by our population and I cant remember but there was like high hundred million number of police contact with citizens last year. So is it really as bad as you think it is? No

Let's take the word of a cop with poor linguistic skills over the report that he has incentive to go against.
