They might be subtle or subconscious but they are definitely there. What is important is to try and be aware of these notions and beliefs so you can see how they influence your behavior and work to correct them. If you want to label that as "everyone is a little bit racist", fine, but it should be said in the context that everyone can stand to work better to identify their internalized biases so they can address them, not an excuse for your racism. --- *Gheb is my other account* ...
