We didnt technically sell anything so we were allowed to call people even on the Do Not Call lists, so people were always upset and bewildered that we were able to call them. It was a terribly boring and soul crushing job and we always told to stick to the script which meant often lying about where we were calling from and who we worked for. One day I just could not handle it anymore so I decided instead of going in for the day Id just spend the time finding a better job. Walked over to Target and they hired me on the spot making a tad more per hour than I was making at the call center. --- If they drag you through the mud, it doesnt change whats in your blood <cite>Mead posted [p:922526867] in What made ...
