Topic	Forget Street Fighter. When are we getting a new Rival Schools game?

I'm not very knowledgeable about how this kind of legal stuff gets handled but doing a bit of looking up on this band it tells me that not only did the game come before the band, but that both the band's name and first album ("United by Fate") were straight lifted from the game as a direct homage.
