tigerslashII 05/27/19 7:18:22 PM #4: | I went on a bulk from 130lbs to 160lbs and ended up gaining about 5% bodyfat along the way, if not more. When you sit down and realize what it is you're taking in, you can make a few small adjustments that add up to like 500+ calories a day, which unless you're absolutely plowing through food, is usually enough to tip you from weight gain to sustain or even weight loss over long periods of time.
