I understand that feeling, you don't want to sound like you're making excuses to avoid work. I get that.

But if you have the flu and you're contagious, you might be endangering your coworkers by showing up to work. I don't know at what stage you're contagious or not, but anyway. It's something to consider.

i agree with him. you'll need to rethink your plans. if you go in the company's workers will lose much more productiveness compared to not going in tomorrow.
