The wife stated facts, but the story she was trying to tell was a complete lie and he is still scum for agreeing to a open marriage and screwing his friends wife while they were still married. Yeah she is just as dodgy as he is but she wanted to destroy him and she did for now anyway. She was filled with hubris, didn't think Pinocchio had enough game for an open relationship but he sure showed her.
