The investigation and class trials were far better than Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc. Not to say it was bad in that game or anything along those lines but Danganronpa 2 just turned up the dial on these investigations and class trials. I greatly enjoyed all of them due to their complexity. It also helps that everyone contributes to the class trials this time around. In Danganronpa THH, it was predominantly Makoto, Kyoko, and Byakuya figuring everything out. I hope this trend of the entire cast of characters contributing to the investigation and class trial continues into the next game. I also hope the Ultimate skills are utilized well like in Danganronpa 2.

Once you start V3, you'll be introduced to the best and most criminally underutilized mechanic in Danganronpa.
Although maybe it's so good because it's used sparingly and efectively.
