Because they were her enemies. This is what you refuse to understand. Dany is not a peace maker, she is a warlord invading and attacking a city. Those were Cersei's followers, those were Cersei's people. You keep trying to apply logic to her actions while doing the unlogical and painting her as a hero. Dany was not burning slave masters and rapists and "evil" armies, she was burning her enemies.
