We don't talk enough about how handsy the girls can get. I would never have this conversation around straight people because they would immediately assume it confirms every negative stereotype they've ever heard about gay people and correcting that misunderstanding would basically be impossible. Still, it's worth mentioning that in public venues some of us have no qualms about groping or grinding up on random strangers who are just minding their business, like if you're here in this space then your body is just up for literal grabs. The rest of us often think there's nothing wrong with this or that the harms are imaginary, but doesn't that reveal a blatant double standard on our part?
