It's like you missed the entire point of the speech. Dany has always treated her enemies the same, but this was the first time you could argue her enemies were innocent. Dany was painted as a Messiah because she was always on the "right" side, but she wasn't doing things because they were the right thing to do, she was doing them because it was her way of doing things.
