Threads of Fate - Passing Through the Forest (9.5) (over The Dance of the Spheares) Dialga's Fight to the Finish is a lovely song, very climactic but still almost soothing. My goodness, that flute sample is shrill though. Probably the song's biggest detriment. I accidentally opened this song in two tabs at once and it's still a good experience somehow. That should be a litmus test for good music - "Does it hold up if I open it in two tabs?" Anyway, Passing Through the Forest is amazing. I wouldn't have thought a song could worldbuild, but this song does. and 15. Rivals of Aether - Full Steam VENGEANCE!! (7.5) (over Girl, The Ultimate Experience) vs. 42. Steins;Gate - Skyclad Observer (5) (for Melody of Aqua) Full Steam CAPS is like diet indie fauxtro retraux - fun, but insubstantial. It's fun enough to earn a 7.5, but it doesn't really linger with me as soon as it ends (which, given the link provided, is a long time).
