Not mad at you, nor trying to make you feel horrible. My advice is to try and be a little more aware? If she never asks, then there's a problem (or she just really doesn't care about your work, or you just give a one word generic answers all the time), but expecting it as soon as you get home is kindda silly. Wait for a more fluid time? Especially if your answer is "fine" all the time. We place too much emphasis on asking how people are doing, especially complete strangers, as a form of greeting. I'm pretty sure the clerk at the coffee shop doesn't want to hear about my latest gout attack, and how I'm stressed out because my wife doesn't want to "play" with me ever and the kids are not doing as well as they should in school. . .I understand that loved ones should show more caring, but. . .we shouldn't ask if we don't want the answer, either. Does she do other things to make you feel loved? --- If Fortnite is still relevant by this time next year, I will post a vid of me eating a bowl of Alpha-bits Cereal covered in mustard. - June 21, 2018 ...
