Wade decision legalizing abortion nationally, because they hope to spark a court case that might prompt the justices to revisit abortion rights. Basically they dont want to send females to jail for 99 years simply because they had an abortion, they just want the ability to create a law that allows them to do that without having the Supreme Court telling them that they cant do that. If they get the power to do so, then they will most likely settle with, I dont know, 3-5 years? --- GameFAQs isn't going to be merged in with GameSpot or any other site.
