Topic	Gonna move out of California hopefully within a year. Where to next?

I live in California too and the politics of the people here and the living expenses make me want to move, but I'm also in Software and there are just too many opportunities here in the industry for me to want to move. Get a remote position and live where you want. I work in an office right now but I want to find a remote position within my company or within another company. Though I also do some freelancing and have my own business so once my income is enough I can work wherever I want without worrying about a job at all. Whichever comes first. I did think about North Carolina as well for the user who mentioned Raleigh. I wouldn't mind Raleigh or Charlotte. Part of why I'm leaning toward Florida is cuz my girlfriend is from there and she can be closer to her parents but I'm not sure if that's necessarily a positive lol. Vegas like another dude mentioned makes more sense than Phoenix for me cuz of proximity and easy travel between LA. After visiting Atlanta a month ago I think that's an option as well. what do you sell? expense management software. i'm a BDR/SDR right now though not an outside sales rep. otherwise i could more easily find a remote position. --- Let go your earthly tether.
