The North and Vale are in open rebellion

The Riverlands are likely in chaos as their ruling houses are all gone

The Reach was supposed to have puppet rulers in the form of House Tarly, but since Dany roasted the last two male heirs, that's not probably going well atm.

Dorne has an actual Prince right now and is actively pursuing war with Cersei

We haven't heard from the Stormlands in a long-ass time, but since House Baratheon is extinct for now, it's possible that whomever was put in charge of the region is loyal to Cersei? Maybe, Iunno

The Iron Islands are backing Dany and the Starks

So apart from the Crownlands and the Westerlands Cersei probably doesn't really have much else to rule over

I feel like if they paid more attention to how the situation in King's Landing and Cersei's court is unfolding we'd have a much better picture on how weak her position is even with the Golden Company. The best thing Book 4 did was make her a POV character.
