Topic	Do you think endgame breaks avatar's record?

The remaining 288 million should come fairly easily, it would need to drop very heavily to not hit that. CaptainOfCrush posted... Xiahou Shake posted... It sure seems like it's going to happen. Looking forward to it - it'll be nice to have an actually culturally relevant movie in the #1 spot after all this time. In its defense, Avatar was very culturally relevant during its theatrical run before seemingly disappearing off the face of the Earth. A part of me still thinks these planned sequels will never release because everyone knows they'll bomb. Also my god, watching that movie first on Blu-Ray (never experiencing it in 3D like everyone else) was a painful experience. Fucking thing SUCKED. Oh those sequels are coming out, at least the first two. They are well underway and with Disney involved are unlikely to be pushed back any further than they already have been. I also think the first sequel breaks a billion just on reputation - and it will still be one of the biggest major sequel drops ever! --- I just decided to change this sig.
