Less and less casinos are training people in-house and instead requiring people to get paid training themselves, which can be anywhere from 4 weeks to 4 months depending on how many games/such you train in. And then they also often require customer relations training courses on top of that, which can be another several weeks. So while it's certainly not a college degree, it's still going to take several months of training, potentially out of pocket, especially if you want to make good money.


ah okay I guess that's fair. I had 8 weeks of in house training, unpaid, to get myself started but that was still an investment.
