I mean if you actually played the game and can't tell, you must be like, gameplay blind or some shit. it's very similar in appearance and how it plays I'll let appearance slide(even though that is also untrue), but they play pretty fucking different. Like if you think ultimate and 4 play the same, then you must think all smash bros play the exact same. Which is laughable. I might have forgotten how Smash 4 plays, I haven't played it since 2015.
