Topic	Why does Boruto have so much filler

Its been mostly filler so far so I'm not even sure. Naruto's son Boruto has a special eye power that they have teased but haven't shown in action. So most baddies that have shown up have gotten rekt pretty quickly. Other than that is has been like early Naruto with things like the ninja school and the chunin exams and stuff.
