Topic	Why do superhero strengths fluctuate wildly
Akagami_Shanks 12/29/18 8:53:03 PM #1:	One second they're lifting 25 tons, the next they're in a street fight with a random mug who is nowhere near their level of strength but it's enough of a challenge that they have to spend time on it.
