Once you're dead there's no way to undo it, but at least if you're alive, you have the choice to be dead. Because they might be in constant pain or nothing more than a drooling mass of flesh that will barely have sentience before dying young. This really comes down to whether or not you think a fetus has rights, which just makes it the normal abortion argument. Even if you think it did, parents still ultimately decide the fates of their children. If a perfectly healthy, living child became deathly ill, the parents can choose to pull the plug.
