Copyright law is good. We are out of the old days where intellectual property was pretty much always limited to an individual, and then little is done with it after their death. I feel it's more important Disney keep making money with Mickey than some random dude who would just use their popularity to make a quick buck like unregulated Chinese knockoffs.
