So people shouldn't transition until they get plastic surgery and modify their voice until you can't tell their original gender? Why do trans people need to put in the effort to overly compensate when no one else does? She is dressing as a woman and likely goes by a female name. A butt ugly, fat trailer trash cis woman with a mustache and a smokers voice isn't held to that standard.
