if you're not impaired at .05 it's not like they're gonna breathalyze you if you get pulled over for something else. same as when it was .08, if you appear sober enough they won't know.
incredibly wrong. a little information is a very dangerous thing in the mind of an ignorant person
so say no if they try to breathalyze you? and then pass the field sobriety test. if you're not sober enough to pass the test you deserve the DUI.
if you're completely sober and they pull you over for something and try to breathalyze you for no reason file a complaint with the department
Refusing is automatically forfeiting your license in many states
