| treewojima 12/26/18 1:48:33 PM #1: | we have a car here at our bodyshop going through them and it's been a nightmare. they undercut and underpay everything, their rental policy is a joke, and they're literally asking us to source suspension components from AutoZone oh yeah, and you can't ever get an adjuster on the phone either. the adjusters don't list their direct contact information on their estimates, and calling their main number and trying to dial by claim number literally just disconnects me every single time ...
