I don't like smoliske even in the slightest, but it was obvious that when he made that comment, he was joking and there was no way in hell he could have or was being serious.
He said it in the same way I'd say I'd like to stab my own foot with a rusted spoon. I even reported the same post, but I did it to get him in trouble, not because I thought he was making a serious threat to someone. Pretending what he said was anything more than that is hysterical at best.
