I don't mean through they're inaction or unwillingness to agree with republicans. I mean, have they ever said, "We're shutting down the government for X reason?" Literally last year, they held out for DACA protections, then caved the moment polls suggested some people viewed it poorly. Nobody remembers it. Just like no one will remember this. I see.
