People that are fat as fuck should focus on doing both. Its easy as fuck to fix your diet but its hard to stick to it over the long run. Stop drinking shitty shit and you will lose lbs if you are a fatso. Start going to the gym and working out and you will start to see results in the gym that may not directly be losing lbs but will make you feel better and are good. Lifting is fine and may be better than cardio because it's fucking mind numbingly boring.

IMO, diet/food is like 90% of getting healthy. If you eat really good over a long period of time you will be thin(er) and healthy(ier). If you add in some lifting you will get jacked as fuck and the girls will be jumping on your dick. Easy game bro.

By EATING good does it mean QUALITY of food or does QUANTITY MATTER aswel! beacuse i am eating i think HEALTHY CHOICES but i maybe eat too much im a fucking FATSO. I dont drink soda pop at all or juice i drink only water.....

also i think im a pretty healthy fatty. I just have too much fat stored under my skin. my heart is healthy, and i don't do drugs, and I eat lots of nutrients, no sugary foods, no fatty foods.

Anyway should I be only lifting if I want muscle and be less of a fatty.
