Topic	Racist high school ref makes kid cut off dreads or forfeit match

If it is discrimination, is it actually racial discrimination or would any male with long hair/dreadlocks be affected by this rule? Edit: It is possible that some people know, but I feel like A LOT of people are just making assumptions. It's an actual rule, but the referee had exhibited racist behavior in the past.
