Yeah, "just" get a job that isn't actual work. What other bright ideas do you have? "Just" win the lottery?

maybe you're just lazy and/or aren't good at what you love doing.

most people i know who are moderately well-off (mentally and financially) work part or full time at a basic job (food industry, insurance, etc) and do other creative pursuits on the side.

Every job is work, ya silly goose. It just depends on whether you actually enjoy it. Much like the age old saying 'Imagine Sisyphus happy' ya dig?

Also I like how you imply that my ideas are bad but don't say anything to add, reflect upon, or constructively critique and instead decide to be immature. Stay gold, ponyboy

I'm very good at what I'm doing, which is the problem. I get bored at my job. You, on the other hand, must find basic things challenging, so you're constantly engaged. It's called work, "ya silly goose", most times you're not going to enjoy it. I do work on the side, but it sucks when my regular job takes up so much time.

There is nothing to add to your stupid idea because it's an oft-repeated unoriginal cliche of "follow your dreams" bullshit that morons eat up while running on their hamster wheel of futility, continuing to "have faith" in this idiotic bullshit. Hey, whatever keeps them from realizing how pointless the rat race is, gotta keep that productivity up for their corporate masters.

I started a music studio and yeah it's tough work because you have to deal with ppl who don't into arrangement but it's good money and fun. IDK maybe youre just interested in boring things or are ok with stagnation so you don't try. Maybe read a self help book, bro.

What I'm working on now is advertising and eventually turning into a full fledged record label. Not even that expensive since I have mastering equipment for CDs (20 at a time) and cassettes (10 at a time)

It's hard if you try but worth it. Keep at it I believe in you even if you don't believe in yourself

Enjoy chasing that dead-end dream. Seriously, are you living in the 90s?
