It was legitimate...you'd think a bank would know. If all the other cases led to arrests how do they not know what to look for in THIS case? Yeah, unfortunately we dont have enough from the article to know the answer to those questions. Personally, I think they probably are a bunch of asshole racists. They made this customer jump through hoops with providing two ID and fingerprints, then still called the police on him.
