I started eating mostly whole foods and the lost 20 pounds in the first month of changing over. the rest was more gradual


No disrespect and congrats on your progress, but losing 30lbs while already in a reasonable weight range is an entirely different kettle of fish from losing 300lbs when you're already beyond morbidly obese.
