Most people will feel that at some point, so I guess even if you feel alone, youre definitely not alone in that regard. Maybe try taking some time doing things that make you feel better and more positive about yourself. Take some you time. Im in the same boat too, trying not to drown myself in negative thought loops. Again if you ever need to talk just let me know. I definitely will do some stuff to make me feel better. In need of some good self care tbh. And same to you.
