I wouldn't say I eat healthy. But I also don't eat fast food often and what I do eat is little as I have a small appetite. But also counting my other unhealthy lifestyle choices I guess I should brush it off as genetics. Grandfather was the same way. I can do the same. And I probably eat less healthy than that.
