I mean if we replaced the overly complicated wel fare system with a simple $1000 for example, then that would be fair. As it stands now wel fare is some elaborate complex mess that encourages in many cases bad behavior. If you watch more lengthy videos by the guy he goes into better detail about how that's basically what he wants to do.
