Hmm... I'd have to do the math. I haven't come up with an efficient farming pattern yet because I haven't needed to.
Daily and Weekly Challenges give them once you've exhausted the achievement rewards (I still have a lot of those). I've seen daily/weekly challenges give up to +40.
So if they give up to 40+, lets assume 40 on average. That's 45 challenges. How long does it take on average to complete one?
A few minutes for some, others are more involved. They mostly revolve around events or killing enemies with certain weaponry. It's very easy just rather unengaging. ---
