If I magically get fat without any of the behaviors and habits that would normally contribute to making a person 551 pounds, shouldn't it be much easier for me to lose weight?

Not really.

It would be the same.

I mean you'd probably be more healthy in terms of like cholesterol and stuff compared to guys who eats burgers every day.

But food is habit-forming, no? And I wouldn't be accustomed to eating the amount of food necessary to sustain 551 pounds, because I'm a light eater. So I would continue to be a light eater, and the weight would melt off. Or am I missing something here?

with that added weight your metabolism would be thrown way out of wack. you might quickly develop diabetes, energy levels will be all over the place.
