Topic	Trump still makes money from his properties. Is this Constitutional? (article)

It's hard to say, we've never really had someone like trump be president so it'd ultimately be up to the courts, and given the current make up they'd probably give it a pass. On one hand, yeah you don't want any conflict of interest, but on the other hand you don't want to completely bar people who are successful and active in business from participating in politics. He's got 6 business under investigation because of his campaign and dealings in office.
