It's not that women ignore the fitness of a man they're attracted to. It's often the opposite. They're just more likely to consider other traits (wealth, status, charisma, etc) as compensation for lower fitness.

Men, not as much. Most do not give compensation points for a flabby woman's wealth or status. She typically has to win the beauty and talent competition or she's out...

Well the only lesbians I've met in real life are by far the angriest people I've ever met. Most have a permanent scowl on their face together with that "Die!" gaze when they look at you.

So that their hate is rotting their insides makes sense. Beyond that. Straight men live and eat like slobs.
Gay men and (most) straight women always seem to be more health forward.
Yeah a lot of that is generalizing but I can't help that.
